Refine Pilates is a private studio located on a scenic country property in Cotati. We offer group classes of up to three (trio) and private classes on a reformer. All classes are a combination of both classical and contemporary pilates. We like to keep our class size smaller to focus on individualized attention and care throughout the workout. EVERY workout is catered to our clients personal needs. Come to rehabilitate injuries, build core strength and flexibility and get a great workout!!
